REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in Paid Search advertising with a strong focus on lead generation.
- Expertise in Google Ads, with hands-on experience managing over $200K/month in ad spend.
- Preferably, 2+ years of experience in an agency setting.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable insights from data.
- Creative problem-solver with a passion for innovation.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS :

THE ROLE:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Paid Search Manager with a strong emphasis on lead generation, particularly within the improvement industry. This role is tailored for someone who excels in a dynamic environment, adeptly managing substantial budgets across platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads. You will be tasked with crafting and executing effective campaign strategies, optimizing performance, and leading a team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and related platforms.
- Handle daily account management to ensure optimal performance for mid-to-high-tier accounts.
- Perform keyword research and analysis to drive campaign optimization.
- Set up and oversee A/B testing processes to continuously improve campaign outcomes.
- Manage and adjust substantial budgets to maximize returns on investment.
- Design strategic frameworks for underperforming accounts, aligning them with best practices.
