We’re now seeking a results-driven Senior Paid Search Specialist to lead our high-performing paid media initiatives and accelerate lead generation across multiple platforms.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in paid search, with at least 3 years in the UAE real estate sector.
  • Proven success in lead generation and ROI-focused marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and CRM integrations.
  • Experience in campaign automation and advanced retargeting strategies is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret data and turn insights into strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Senior Paid Search Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-conversion performance campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other paid platforms. You’ll play a key role in generating quality leads for Dubai’s real estate market, managing large-scale budgets, and working closely with internal teams to align marketing performance with business goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end paid search strategy and execution across Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing, content, web development, and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing and business objectives.
  • Drive full-funnel performance marketing initiatives focused on ROI, lead quality, and conversion.

Campaign Management

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid search campaigns with a focus on CPL, ROAS, lead-to-sale ratio, and revenue contribution.
  • Build and manage performance-driven funnels using landing pages, instant forms, WhatsApp flows, and remarketing strategies.
  • Execute A/B tests, refine ad copy and audience segments, and improve conversion rates through continuous optimization.

Branding & Positioning

  • Develop strategic messaging and USPs for off-plan and ready property launches.
  • Create high-impact ad creatives in collaboration with design and content teams, ensuring consistency with brand tone in both English and Arabic.
  • Analytics & Automation
  • Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and other analytics platforms.
  • Build automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, Twilio, and Voximplant to enhance lead routing and qualification.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Market Intelligence & Compliance

  • Stay updated on industry trends, Google Ads policies, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
