Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As Senior Paid Social Manager, you’ll be driving the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and others. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding performance, advising and delivering on ground-breaking paid social strategies across multiple client needs. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Strategic Vision: Creating long-term account strategies that drive growth, expansion, and high-impact results.
  • Client Services: Own and nurture trusted relationships providing clear communication and reporting.
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaigns from inception to driving future strategy from results, including testing and leading on new platform initiatives.
  • Team Mentor: Nurture, grow and inspire junior team members, working alongside the Head of Paid, with a collaborative & supportive approach to training and development.
  • Industry Leader: Champion the latest tools, trends, and ideas to keep campaigns fresh and relevant.
  • Advanced Analytics: Turn complex data into clear insights and future strategic recommendations. Lead the team on using data analysis and knowledge to improve ROI and exceed campaign KPIs.
  • Team Player: Work closely with creative, account management, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are impactful and cohesive.
