SENIOR PARALEGAL – OFFICE OF REGISTRAR GENERAL (ORG)

Grade: Clerk Grade 5/6
Salary range: $99,938 - $110,271 + superannuation and leave loading
Duration: Ongoing, Full-time
Location: Sydney (McKell) office attendance required 2 –3 days per week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We have an opportunity for a Senior Paralegal to join the Litigation and Policy team at the Office of the Registrar General (ORG). Reporting to the Managing Lawyer, the Senior Paralegal will join a fast-paced friendly team environment to deliver a range of paralegal functions to support the Litigation and Policy team.
The right applicant will be a team player, take initiative, be willing to develop skills in new legal areas and be comfortable with ambiguity.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL DEMONSTRATE:

  • That you are undertaking or have completed tertiary legal studies or have experience working as a paralegal or lawyer, ideally in a litigation or property practice.
  • You will take initiative, pay attention to detail and work effectively as part of a team.
