This is a rare opportunity to join our tight knit team at MyHealth North Richmond. We are looking for a Permanent Part Time Receptionist, to provide exceptional customer service and support our patients in a welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our medical practice.
In addition to shifts during the week the successful applicant must be available Saturdays and Sundays on an alternating rotation and be able to provide additional leave coverage to cover for sick or annual leave, as needed.

• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments efficiently
• Handling patient enquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and empathy
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Assisting with various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the practice
• Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
