REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in outcome-based partnership strategy.
  • Ability to orchestrate partnership execution across multiple internal functions.
  • Deep interest in blockchain technology and general crypto experience.
  • Technical skillset and/or experience in technical/security-oriented environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional alignment skills.
  • Leadership acumen to influence without direct authority.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience building partnership programs.
  • Experience supporting deals into execution, working with legal, finance, and product teams.
  • Partner enablement experience with understanding of different partnership models.
  • Negotiation skills to ensure CLL needs are met.
  • Innovative and creative thinking to focus on high-impact opportunities.
