ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Partner Consultant you are part of a high performing team, creating new and innovative ways to connect people and fashion. You belong to the Modern portfolio and you execute the Modern portfolio’s strategy. You acquire relevant new partners and you support our live partners to achieve meaningful and financially sustainable growth, delighting our customers along the way. You will do this across a diverse set of Modern brands and partner types, leveraging your entrepreneurial drive to consult, educate and sell complex solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to the partner to embrace Zalando’s platform strategy, adopt Zalando’s platform services and leverage key technologies. You will do this in tight alignment with the Zalando Strategy and Zalando stakeholders. You will additionally contribute and lead relevant strategic projects with significant KPI impact, that will help us shape the Zalando value proposition for our partners.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Utilize your entrepreneurial drive and clear, empathic communication to educate and consult medium to high impact partners on adopting Zalando’s Platform Services and technologies. Drive profitable growth for a set of Modern brands, aligning with Zalando Group Strategy and compliance.
  • Acquire relevant partners for the platform and create compelling business cases and pitches tailored to their needs. Use strong analytical skills to generate insights and maximize the ROI for our platform through data analysis and partnership cultivation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop partner roadmaps, translating assortment and market strategies into actionable partner plans to boost customer satisfaction. Ensure operational excellence in executing these strategies.
  • Work with Product, Operations, and Tech to transform partner feedback into innovative solutions, troubleshoot and improve processes, and create new processes as needed. Support your lead in generating new ideas and business opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM excellence to ensure accurate data and insights for strong decision-making within your partner portfolio.
  • Core KPIs you influence: Gross Merchandise Volume, Profitability, Services Adoption (Marketing and Logistics services), Customer Convenience, Customer Lifetime Value, Partner Satisfaction.
