As our MEA Partner Development Manager, you will be uniquely positioned to shape Microsoft’s partner strategy across the Middle East and Africa region, driving innovation, growth, and transformation in one of the most vibrant regions in the world. You’ll leverage your strategic planning skills as you craft and execute a comprehensive partner business plan that delivers on key sales KPIs, with a clear focus on strategic and growth accounts, monthly revenue acceleration, and enterprise customer acquisition.
You’ll play a pivotal role in enabling partner success by maximising the use of Microsoft’s programmes and investments. This includes leveraging partner unique solutions and capabilities to complement our Infra, Gen AI, Copilot, Security, and Data & AI - delivering customers’ measurable ROI. Your work will directly contribute to strategic customer wins, new partner-built solutions, and the attainment of Partner Impact Numbers (PIN) across multiple solution areas.
Collaboration is central to this role. You’ll work closely with Microsoft’s Account Technical Unit (ATU) and Specialist Technical Unit (STU) teams, as well as global ISV counterparts, to foster trusted relationships and drive joint success. With at least 75% of your time spent engaging directly with partners, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping partner skilling habits, promoting continuous learning, and cultivating a culture of excellence.
