Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field 10+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience 10+ years of experience with Consultative Selling and developing tactics to manage pipeline, sales opportunities and meet sales goals by reviewing forecasts, assessing, and mitigating risks, and ensuring strategy alignment with business priorities. 10+ years of enterprise sales experience, building, managing, and growing technology partner ecosystem sales programs and organizations. Partner Sales Acceleration: Shape governance for pipeline reviews, coach partners on CSP sales transformation, and execute co-sell motions. Advocacy & Escalation Leadership: Represent partner needs internally and resolve complex issues with urgency.
