DESCRIPTION We are seeking a visionary, highly collaborative Senior Manager to partner with engineering and business teams across the organization. In this unique leadership role, you will be the driving force behind engagement, evangelism, program oversight, tracking, and adoption of our core platforms. You will wear three distinct hats: - Driving operational excellence and execution as a Program Manager, - Working with Engineering leaders to set the strategic vision as a Product Manager, and - Championing the platform’s success through targeted technical evangelism and seamless onboarding. You should also be able to distill the complexities of large-scale programs into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership. This role will require transparently presenting program status, strategy, and risks, and thoughtfully tailoring communication to foster trust, drive alignment, and empower informed decision-making. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of combined experience in leading large transformational projects and programs. 8+ years of leading technical or Program Management teams Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the domain, problems, KPIs in areas like Customer Care, Operations, Sales, HR & Finance Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor technical concepts to diverse audiences ranging from junior developers to executive leadership. Execution: Proven track record of successfully shipping complex software platforms or enterprise-scale technical programs. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Executive Communication & Storytelling: Demonstrated ability to distill the complexities of large-scale programs into clear, compelling narratives for senior executives. A strong background in creating diverse, equitable, and inclusive team environments. Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive product adoption strategies.
