About the opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing programmes with some of our most important technology partners across EMEA.
This is a highly visible role for a commercially minded marketer who knows how to turn strategic partnerships into demand, pipeline and measurable business growth.
You’ll own joint go-to-market strategies, pan-regional campaigns, partner events and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), working closely with technology partners, senior commercial stakeholders and marketing teams across multiple EMEA markets.
You’ll also have the opportunity to bring new ideas and technologies into the way we work, using data, automation and AI to make partner marketing more effective, scalable and measurable.
What you’ll be doing
Partner Strategy & Go-to-Market
- Develop and lead joint go-to-market strategies with strategic technology partners.
- Build integrated, full-funnel marketing programmes that support revenue and pipeline objectives.
- Work across EMEA markets to translate regional strategy into effective local execution.
- Identify and prioritise high-value co-marketing opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations.
- Develop business cases and investment proposals for strategic campaigns and sponsorships.
Events & Experiential Marketing
- Lead the strategy and delivery of pan-regional events, trade shows, conferences and partner experiences.
- Manage programmes end-to-end, from strategy and commercial negotiations through to execution and measurement.
- Work with internal and external teams across creative, content, legal, procurement and operations.
- Ensure events generate meaningful engagement, leads and commercial opportunities.
- Drive effective post-event lead management and pipeline conversion.
MDF & Investment Management
- Own the strategic allocation and management of Marketing Development Funds.
- Prioritise investment towards programmes with the greatest potential commercial return.
- Work with partners to develop compelling MDF proposals and business cases.
- Monitor investment, performance and ROI.
- Use pipeline and performance data to inform future partner investment decisions.
Performance & Insights
- Track partner marketing performance across campaigns, events and markets.
- Monitor leads, engagement, sourced and influenced pipeline and commercial impact.
- Lead regular performance reviews with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Provide senior leadership with clear insights and recommendations.
- Maintain annual partner marketing plans and a forward-looking EMEA programme calendar.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be an experienced B2B marketer with a strong background in technology, partner marketing, alliances or channel marketing.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with significant B2B technology experience.
- Proven experience leading partner or alliance marketing programmes.
- Experience developing and executing marketing strategies across multiple EMEA markets.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and demand generation.
- Experience managing strategic technology partners and senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and/or MDF programmes.
- Strong event, sponsorship and experiential marketing experience.
- A track record of connecting marketing activity to pipeline and commercial outcomes.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using CRM and marketing data.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- The confidence to influence senior stakeholders and operate effectively across a complex, international organisation.
You’ll thrive in this role if you are
- Commercially minded – you understand that great marketing needs to deliver business results.
- Strategic – you can see the bigger picture while still getting into the detail when needed.
- Collaborative – you enjoy bringing partners and cross-functional teams together.
- Proactive – you see opportunities and take ownership rather than waiting to be asked.
- Data-driven – you use evidence and performance insights to guide decisions.
- Influential – you're comfortable working with senior executives and challenging thinking when appropriate.
- Curious and innovative – you're interested in how AI, automation and emerging technology can improve the way marketing operates.
- Highly organised – you can manage multiple partners, markets, campaigns and priorities without losing sight of the bigger goal.
