THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives, co-branded campaigns, and pipeline-generating initiatives with key partners for both TravelPerk and our recently acquired spend management business, Yokoy. The ideal candidate will have proven experience leading marketing across strategic alliance, referral and reseller partnerships.
This senior individual contributor would be the function’s lead, and is crucial in expanding our market reach, accelerating revenue growth, and strengthening our brand presence through impactful partner collaborations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, a strong executor and a results-oriented marketer with a proven track record of developing and executing successful partner marketing programs.

Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Partner Marketing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute integrated partner marketing strategies, campaigns and programs that drive lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth across our partner ecosystem—including referral partners, resellers, and strategic alliance partners.

Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to create joint marketing initiatives.
  • Facilitate regular communication and collaboration with partners to ensure alignment and success.
  • Build, document and maintain the partner portal with all marketing and sales collaterals for partners

Campaign Development and Execution:

  • Lead and execute partner marketing programs, including digital campaigns, events, webinars, and content development.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop compelling joint content, such as case studies, white papers, and blog posts.
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns and best practices for partners

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Manage your own pipeline consisting of partner sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Comprehensively track, analyse, and report on the impact of partner marketing initiatives, leveraging data to optimise performance.
  • Build comprehensive reporting that strongly speaks to the impact that partner marketing is driving for the business
