Senior People Analytics Partner
Position Summary:
The Senior People Analytics Partner plays a key role in transforming HR data into actionable insights that support strategic decisions. In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Your work will include conducting deep-dive analyses and research, combining internal and external data to tell a comprehensive narrative, and helping to improve data processes and governance in partnership with our IT teams. This role blends hands-on analytics, stakeholder collaboration, strategic thinking, and technical skills to align key metrics, and deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivers HR People Analytics - insights on headcount trends, internal mobility, retention, and DEIB. Translates complex data into clear, compelling narratives for executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to define HR data requests, approvals and delivery ensuring HR data privacy, security, and governance standards are met.
• Responsible for HR data mapping, usage and documentation.
• Partners with IT teams to build, maintain, and enhance data models, reporting frameworks, forecasting and predictive models tied to strategic workforce plans and advanced analytics. Analyzes large, complex HR datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
• Leads the development of scalable HR dashboards, reports, and data visualizations translating complex business needs into intuitive, dynamic analytics tools that support strategic workforce planning, talent management, and organizational health metrics.
• Partners with PBI developers to develop interactive dashboards and visualizations, and understand design and architecture. Serves as back up PBI data engineer.
• Lead projects and contribute to broader data science and business intelligence initiatives.
• Continuously enhance analytics tools, models, and reporting methodologies to meet evolving business needs.
• Owns HR data SNOW configuration requirements.
• Manages HR data SNOW tickets assignments and closure.
• Leads People Analytics Roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Statistics, Economics, Organizational Psychology or a related field—or equivalent work experience.
• 8-10 years of experience in workforce analytics, data analysis, modeling, visualization and reporting or FP&A roles.
• Proficient in SQL, Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, charts & graphs), and Power BI.
• Basic Power BI design and development experience.
• Expertise in data visualization, creation of creative presentations and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively about complex business problems.
• Experience with tools such as PowerApps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with HRIS platforms, especially Workday.
• Familiarity with HR data privacy regulations.
• Exposure to big data tools and environments.
