O que você fará Avalara is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Senior Partner Lifecycle Manager based in Brazil to join our Partner Marketing team. In this role, you will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle, with a strong focus on recruitment, onboarding, activation, and re-engagement. You will define and execute lifecycle strategies that enable newly signed partners to launch effectively and realize value quickly from their partnership with Avalara. Blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution, you will design seamless onboarding experiences, optimize go-to-market motions, and accelerate partner activation. Your work will directly impact partner productivity, revenue growth, and overall partner success. Partner Recruitment & Awareness Develop and execute strategies to recruit new partners interested in building, referring, implementing, and servicing or advising their clients on Avalara solutions. Drive top-of-funnel awareness through integrated digital campaigns, partner events, and targeted content marketing. Partner with demand generation teams to design and launch outreach campaigns that attract, engage, and convert prospective partners. Partner Launch & Activation Lead launch plans for newly signed partners, ensuring a seamless transition from onboarding to activation. Create tailored go-to-market strategies based on how partners engage with us (build, refer, implement, or service & advise, with differentiated messaging and engagement approaches. Collaborate closely with partner managers to track, analyze, and optimize early-stage partner performance and activation. Partner Re-engagement & Growth Design and execute programs to re-engage inactive or underperforming partners and drive renewed pipeline and revenue contribution. Develop targeted campaigns and lifecycle journeys to increase partner engagement, retention, and long-term growth. Identify lifecycle gaps and implement strategies to improve ongoing partner productivity and success. Cross-functional Collaboration Across Avalara Execute programs in close partnership with Marketing Operations, Brand, Content Marketing, and Digital teams to ensure consistency and scalability. Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Partner Business Development, and Partner Managers to align on strategy, priorities, and performance. Partner with analytics and operations teams to measure success, optimize campaigns, and continuously improve partner lifecycle programs. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA preferred. 8+ years of experience in marketing and program management, ideally within a U.S.-based SaaS or technology company. Fluent in English (verbal and written). Proficient in Salesforce, Marketo, Partner Relationship Management (PRM) systems such as ImPartner / Salesforce PRM, Workfront, and Jira. Familiar with AI and automation tools used in marketing content development, operations and analytics. Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. Analytical and proactive, with a proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
