Responsibilities
  • Partner relationship management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor for all things related to Acceptable Ads
  • Revenue optimization: Analyze partner performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize revenue for both partners and eyeo
  • Strategic account planning: Develop and execute regular business reviews, success plans, and growth strategies for your portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with both partner goals and eyeo’s objectives
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Business Development, Product, and Operations to advocate for partner needs, coordinate technical implementations and drive product improvements based on partner feedback
  • Problem solving & support: Proactively identify and resolve partner issues, coordinate technical troubleshooting, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of partner integration
