Description

The Savannah River National Laboratory’s (SRNL) newly established Technology Partnerships Office (TPO) is seeking experienced Partnership Agreement team members at either the Specialist or Senior Specialist level. This person will play a crucial role in shaping the office's best practices and establishing its operational framework. The TPO collaborates with SRNL staff, industrial partners, and the DOE to facilitate impactful research partnerships, transition SRNL innovations into the marketplace, and strengthen regional innovation ecosystems. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned partnership agreement specialist to assume greater responsibility and have a direct mission impact as a key member of a small and growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the technology transfer mission of SRNL and Battelle Savannah River Alliance (BSRA) by drafting, managing, and negotiating Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs), Strategic Partnership Projects (SPPs) for nonfederal partners, and other related agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will draft, manage, and negotiate various partnership agreements including CRADAs and SPPs. They will also support the technology transfer mission of SRNL and BSRA.
