Job Description We’re looking for an experienced Senior Partnerships Manager to build and grow strong relationships with key mobile OEM partners in China. This role plays a critical part in driving commercial growth, managing strategic partnerships, and acting as a bridge between our partners and internal global teams. A bit about the team and what you'll deliver... As the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will: Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key OEM partners in China Support strategic, operational, and tactical initiatives to drive business growth Support and participate in negotiation processes, including commercial agreements and escalations Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Delivery, Legal, and Commercial) to ensure successful partnership outcomes Monitor partner performance, identify growth opportunities, and proactively address challenges Represent Trustonic at industry events, partner meetings, and engagements in China Ensure clear, consistent communication on status, next steps, and required actions across all stakeholders What makes you, you... Skills & capabilities Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Ability to navigate complex organisations and multicultural environments Strong influencing, mediation, and problem-solving skills Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools Experience we’re looking for Experience in partnership management, business development, or account management — ideally within the mobile or technology sector Proven track record managing relationships with large mobile OEMs or technology partners Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing escalations Familiarity with the Chinese technology ecosystem and business culture Ability to work effectively between commercial and technical teams Knowledge Understanding of device security, mobile technology, and the mobile OEM landscape Awareness of industry trends and the regulatory environment in China Knowledge of partnership frameworks and negotiation best practices Languages Fluent Mandarin and English (essential) Personal attributes Customer-centric, empathic, and relationship-driven Highly organised and able to organise others Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment Proactive, inquisitive, and solutions-oriented Tenacious and resilient when overcoming challenges Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a global team Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent level of skill, experience and knowledge Additional Information What we can provide you in return for your investment...
