JOB PURPOSE:
The post holder provides administrative support to the University’s Partnerships team, focusing on the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of UK and international academic partnerships. Responsibilities include managing partner operations, staff approval processes, communications, and maintaining key documentation and registers. The role requires a proactive, flexible approach to supporting internal and external stakeholders under pressure, while promoting and contributing to an inclusive university community.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
1) To coordinate and deliver on allocated tasks and/or quality assurance processes. Areas from which tasks may be allocated include:
2) To support partnership-related administrative processes and be involved in planning for such activities.
3) To maintain the accuracy and integrity of data held on University systems including regular checking of data in liaison with Student Records and Data team.
4) To provide a professional and consistent service to internal and external stakeholders.
5) To assist with partnership review events as required.
6) To assist in the collection and provision of data as required.
7) Comply with relevant legislative and other requirements (e.g., the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR; Health and Safety; UKVI; and Equality and Diversity) in all working practices.
8) Such other duties temporarily or on a continuing basis, as may reasonably be required.
