Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Full account management of mid/low tier partners with Partnerships Manager oversight as and when required
• Support the Partnerships Manager with performance review meetings with top tier partners, collating data and packs
• Be the point of referral for day-to-day Partnership Executive queries, utilising experience within the team
• Sending out Tier 3 CPA commercials and completing the required supporting processes
• Tier 2 scorecard completion
• Manage additional Payment on Account (POA) requests
• Manage Audit communications
• Manage Invoice reminder process
• Completion and oversight of change delivery, including builds, promotions and offers.
