WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing, ideally in a DTC or e-commerce environment.
  • Demonstrated success managing partnerships across multiple countries in the Americas.
  • A strong network of creators, agents, and affiliate platforms is a plus.
  • Data-driven with a strong understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and tracking tools.
  • Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple partnerships and campaigns simultaneously.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead our influencer and affiliate marketing strategy across Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Canada. Reporting to the Head of Marketing (Americas), you’ll own the partnerships program end-to-end — from strategy and recruitment to activation and performance — with a focus on building scalable, high-impact relationships that drive both brand and performance.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Help build and execute a comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategy across the Americas region.
  • Identify, recruit, and manage a network of creators, affiliates, publishers, and ambassadors across markets.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage budgets, and ensure ROI-positive partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the content and performance teams to ensure messaging consistency and brand alignment.
  • Launch innovative partnership campaigns that support new product launches, brand moments, and seasonal pushes.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics, using insights to optimize future collaborations.
  • Stay on top of regional trends and cultural shifts in influencer and affiliate marketing.
  • Experiment with emerging platforms (TikTok, podcasts, newsletters, etc.) and partner formats to unlock new growth opportunities.
