SUMMARY

We are seeking a knowledgeable Parts Advisor to join our team at Fleetsmart Ltd in the heart of the automotive service industry. This role is crucial in supporting our operations by ensuring that all necessary parts are available and efficiently managed, contributing to our commitment to excellent fleet maintenance.

• Manage inventory of vehicle parts and supplies
• Assist technicians in identifying required parts for repairs
• Maintain accurate records of parts orders and usage
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Provide excellent customer service through phone and in-person interactions
• Collaborate with team members to streamline operations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards in parts handling
• Organize the parts department for optimal efficiency
• Assist the garage manager with managing the workshop
• Manage the operation requirement’s on systems such as one link
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory management
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
