About the Role and Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Senior Parts Advisor to play a key role in supporting both internal and external parts sales operations. This role delivers accurate, timely parts assistance and consistently high-quality customer service, contributing directly to workshop efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall department performance. As a Senior Parts Advisor, you will work collaboratively with internal teams, external customers, distributors, and stakeholders to deliver service excellence in line with company values, while supporting the achievement of sales, gross profit, and operational targets set by management. As an experienced Senior Parts Advisor, you will: Deliver accurate, timely parts sales and high-quality customer service across all channels. Support workshop efficiency and internal stakeholders with expert parts assistance. Manage customer relationships, enquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales and gross profit targets. Maintain accurate systems, stock control, online platforms, and merchandising standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, IT systems, training, and health & safety requirements. To be successful in this role, you must Have proven experience as a Senior Parts Advisor or in a highly experienced parts advisory role within the automotive industry. Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills. Be highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational abilities. Possess strong working knowledge of Dealer Management Systems, manufacturer catalogues, and online sales platforms. Be confident supporting internal teams and managing complex parts enquiries in a fast-paced environment. Show a strong commitment to achieving targets, maintaining operational standards, and delivering high-quality service. Full Driver’s license Hours of work This is a full-time role 42.5 Hours a week, Monday to Friday to be worked between the hours of 7:00am to 18:00pm.
