SUMMARY

A Senior Parts Coordinator is the person who handles tasks that are related to inventory in a warehouse setting for an organization. Their role includes maintaining inventory levels, making monthly inventory reports, recording and labeling inventory items to be used in the future and maintaining accurate records. This role will also provide additional technical support and knowledge to assist with several functions including the training and onboarding of new technicians.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

  • Relevant post-secondary education.
  • Supply chain management. (More than 5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, logistics or inventory practices).
  • Warehouse management. (More than 5 years of warehouse operation experience).
  • Fuel industry knowledge. (More than 5 years of customer service or front-line operation experience in fuel service industry).
  • Office experience. (Advanced business software skills).Time Management. (Ability to prioritize, schedule and plan time sensitive duties in a fast pace environment).
