Responsibilities

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Pastry Chef with a deep passion for artisanal techniques and an eye for detail to join our team at Loulou, our vibrant French all-day Bistro, Boulangerie and Traiteur in Lavender Bay.
Working alongside Head Baker Brendon Woodward, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the pastry and viennoiserie offering — with a focus on quality, creativity and consistency. This role calls for a technically skilled and inspiring leader who is confident in sourdoughs, viennoiserie, laminated doughs, and refined pastry work, with the ability to mentor and elevate a team of junior bakers and pastry chefs.
