We are looking for a professional Senior Pastry Cook who is passionate about pastry/bakery products and willing to learn and grow with us!
Permanent, full-time position: Candidate must have full availability and will be able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

EXPERIENCE:
· 2+ Year previous experience in professional pastry kitchen
· Completion of a baking + pastry program is a strong asset

· Work closely with the Executive Chef in menu development and baking and pastry offerings
· Oversee, train and lead Junior Pastry Cooks - Assure quality of production
· Production for entremets, cakes, tarts and assorted pastries and assorted fillings
· Prepare and decorate cakes, pastries, desserts and baked goods (including croissants and breads, specialty cakes, and other items as required)
· Coordinate with front of house to ensure proper daily baked goods availability for our guests.
· Contribute to custom cakes and dessert table production (working with fondant, tempered chocolate, etc)
· Lead team in upkeep of the kitchen being clean, hygienic, organized, and safe
