Description

The role of the Patient Representative is to attend patients and their relatives in the Clinic to satisfy their non-medical needs. Handle enquiries and provide a high level of support and information to patients/guests in the Clinic. He/she is also responsible for coordinating specialty care for patients in need of external consultation as requested by the primary care physician and responsible for scheduling, tracking, referral case management and providing reports.
