We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our team. This pivotal role involves managing front desk operations, supporting office functions, and ensuring smooth communication within our dental practice. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in computerized systems, and a background in a medical or dental office environment.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role within a dental office setting is required.
  • Familiarity with AbelDent is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with patients and team members.
  • Works well within a Team environment, and individually as well.

    Pay: From $24.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
