Roles & Responsibilities

Respond promptly to new patient enquiries received via WhatsApp, telephone, website, and social media.

Follow up all patient enquiries to maximise appointment conversions.

Explain Clinic's services, treatments, and healthcare packages clearly and professionally.

Convert enquiries into confirmed and paid appointments.

Manage enquiries relating to weight loss programmes, health checks, blood tests, memberships, and other clinic services.

Follow up outstanding and historic leads to generate new bookings.

Handle patient questions, concerns, and pricing enquiries with confidence and professionalism.

Support and mentor junior patient sales team members where required.

Maintain accurate lead records and update the clinic's CRM or patient management system.

Work closely with the clinical, reception, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless patient journey.

Produce daily reports on enquiries, conversions, bookings, and sales performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

A minimum of 2 years' experience in private healthcare sales.

Proven success converting telephone, WhatsApp, and online enquiries into appointments.

Confidence discussing pricing, treatment options, and securing payments.

Excellent follow-up, organisation, and communication skills.

Outstanding spoken and written English. Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs.

A professional, warm, and patient-focused approach.

Experience using a CRM, patient management, or customer relationship management system.

Preferred Experience

Experience within one or more of the following is highly desirable:

Private medical clinics

Dental clinics

Diagnostic centres

Weight management clinics

Home healthcare providers

Wellness clinics

Previous experience within the Dubai or wider UAE healthcare sector is highly advantageous.
