Work Location: St Patrick Hospital-Broadway Bldg-Missoula MT
The Senior Patient Scheduler is responsible for coordinating various complex Imaging and Medical procedures )i.e. Interventional, Nuclear Medicine, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, etc., Anesthesia) by obtaining appropriate exam information, specialized equipment/resources and implant and current/historical medical information (ICD coding, medical history, including allergies and patient demographic profile). Complexity of this position is evidenced by the use of intermediate and complex medical terminology and precise scheduling protocols to ensure compliance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year of Medical scheduling experience preferably in Diagnostic Imaging
• 4 years of Medical clerical experience.
• 1 year of Demonstrated outstanding customer service experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Course work in business or office practices
