As a Senior Payroll Administrator, you’ll be a key member of the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll and pension processing. You will support the Head of Payroll and team members, while also taking the lead on pension administration and complex queries.About The Job:

  • End-to-end processing of both monthly and weekly payrolls
  • Managing and administering workplace pension schemes, including auto-enrolment
  • Resolving complex payroll and pension-related queries
  • Supporting employees and line managers with payroll and pension administration
  • Liaising with internal teams on starters, leavers, and contract changes
  • Assisting with HMRC National Minimum Wage compliance and other audits
  • Ensuring all processes comply with GDPR, HMRC, and pension regulations
