Responsibilities
  • End-to-end payroll processing (weekly and monthly) for all team members using HR3 and Kronos
  • Ensuring accurate Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation, liaising with Payroll Manager and HR
  • Investigating and resolving payroll-related employee queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Preparing and delivering ad hoc reports with accuracy and efficiency
  • Assisting with end-of-month processing, including reports and distribution
  • Maintaining and updating employee master file data in the payroll system
  • Handling external inquiries (e.g., Centrelink, auditors)
  • Managing leave calculations (parental leave, long service leave, etc.)
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
