• Minimum of eight years previous experience in payroll processing in a multinational company within the EMEA region
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor laws across EMEA countries
• Fluent in German
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
