REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in high-volume payroll processing, with direct hands-on experience
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communicator with analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and manipulation
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Additional desirable qualifications include proficiency with CloudPay or ADP payroll systems

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the payroll vendor platform to process payroll for employees across multiple EMEA locations
  • Enter, review, and validate payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and benefits deductions
  • Manage and process special payroll cycles, such as bonuses, commissions, and equity awards
  • Ensure all payroll processing adheres to company policies and local and international statutory regulations
  • Review and reconcile payroll reports each pay period to ensure accuracy of employee payments, vendor remittances, and statutory filings
  • Partner with HR and Finance teams to streamline data flows and resolve issues related to employee data and integrations
  • Contribute to projects involving payroll implementations, upgrades, and integrations with other finance systems
