From New Statesman and Press Gazette to Elite Traveler, Spear’s and The World of Fine Wine, our portfolio spans politics, business, luxury and lifestyle. We combine trusted journalism with data and events to deliver insight, analysis and experiences that engage audiences and shape conversations. With a focus on digital transformation and growth, we are a fast-moving, ambitious organisation with a collaborative culture.

This offers a unique opportunity to work across a diverse set of industries - from media and investment to luxury hospitality - delivering accurate, end-to-end payroll support in a fast-paced and high-trust environment.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • CIPP qualification, and/or equivalent relevant experience running end-to-end payroll in a multi-entity environment.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of UK payroll legislation, pension compliance, and auto-enrolment.
  • Experience working with outsourced payroll providers (preferably US and international exposure).
  • Experience managing relationships with benefits brokers or benefits providers.
  • HR administration experience, ideally within recruitment, contracts, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in HRIS or payroll systems (experience with Rippling desirable but not essential).
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
