Description

Responisbilities:

1. Responsible for the entire monthly salary calculation and distribution process for non-courier employees in the UAE, including collection, review, and calculation of data on attendance, overtime, allowances, subsidies, bonuses, deductions, and onboarding and offboarding salaries;

2. Responsible for reconciling monthly salary data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely payment of payroll;

Follow up on WPS payroll processes, maintain communication with finance, banking/exchange offices, and relevant internal teams to promptly handle payroll anomalies;

3. Responsible for accounting for employee severance pay, annual leave balances, EOS (End of Service), and other related expenses;

4. Regularly output monthly salary analyses, including personnel changes, labor costs, abnormal changes, and supplier labor costs;

5. Assist finance in completing payroll-related payments, accruals, reconciliations, and audit support;

6. Continuously optimize payroll calculation processes, ledgers, and data management to improve the accuracy and efficiency of payroll work.

7. Responsible for daily communication and management of HR-related suppliers, including but not limited to labor outsourcing, Cost Plus, Manpower, visas, and other human resources service providers;

8. Maintain supplier personnel lists, contracts, quotations, fees, and related ledgers;

9. Reconcile supplier bills monthly, including number of personnel, wages, service fees, management fees, and other charges;

10. Verify and promote closed-loop issues for supplier fee anomalies, personnel differences, and outstanding matters;

11. Collaborate with finance to complete supplier payments, provisions, reconciliations, and organizing supporting documents;

12. Regularly conduct supplier cost analysis and horizontal comparisons to provide data support for supplier optimization and labor cost control;

13. Follow up on supplier service quality, compliance, and problem rectification, reducing labor and cost risks for suppliers.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of Payroll & HR Operations-related UAE experience is required

2. Practical experience in UAE payroll calculation, able to independently complete a full monthly Payroll Cycle;

3. Familiar with UAE Labour Law, WPS, End of Service, Annual Leave, Overtime, and other basic salary and labor regulations;

4. Experience managing manpower suppliers such as Manpower / Outsourcing / Cost Plus is preferred;

5. Strong Excel data processing skills, proficient in common functions such as VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Table, etc.;

6. Sensitive to numbers, with strong data verification and problem detection skills;

7. Experience in HR work in logistics, express delivery, e-commerce, warehousing, or large labor-intensive enterprises is preferred.

Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
