As Reach Subsea continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Payroll Consultant/Payroll Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring that employees are accurately supported with their salary, vacation, leave, and other personnel-related matters. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient and compliant payroll operations, aligned with the company’s objectives.

Payroll A - Z
Register new employees/terminate employees
Control/approve travel expenses (in addition to PM)
Reconcile and report taxes and employer taxes
Be updated on legal requirements related to Payroll
Provide help and support to employees with various payroll-related questions, including timekeeping and travel expense reports.
Handle cases related to pensions, absences, and vacation.
Assist with payroll reporting and system support for our foreign entities.
Serve as a support function for managers and leaders within the organization.
