SENIOR PAYROLL & FINANCIAL ANALYST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Senior Payroll & Financial Analyst to join our team at our Pittston, PA location. This full-time, exempt role is an integral member of the finance team, with responsibility for ensuring accurate payroll operations and delivering financial insights that drive manufacturing performance and cost efficiency. This position is ideal for a payroll and finance professional who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and analysis, and who enjoys working cross-functionally to support both employees and strategic business initiatives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll and financial analysis.
• Proficiency in UKG Ready and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with other financial reporting tools required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations and financial principles.
