Prepare payrolls for various employee groups (employment contracts, contracts of mandate, contracts for specific work, appointments), including allowances, bonuses, deductions, overtime, and non-wage benefits, based on input files provided by the client. Calculate and verify payroll accuracy, monitor payroll data in the system, and deliver payrolls to the client in accordance with the agreed payroll calendar. Prepare and submit statutory declarations and reports (ZUS, Tax Office, PFRON, GUS, PPK, PPE). Prepare HR documentation in line with the scope of services agreed with the client. Handle routine, non-routine, and complex client queries related to payroll and HR matters, including communication with internal departments and external institutions such as ZUS and the Tax Office. Manage all aspects of year-end tax processing. Participate in the onboarding and implementation of new clients. Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, adapting the communication style as appropriate. Identify opportunities to support and advise team members. Share knowledge and provide support to colleagues to enhance team effectiveness and contribute to the success of the location. This may include providing cover for other team members when needed. Recognize and promote opportunities for delivering added-value services. Take ownership of your personal development plan in alignment with company objectives and values. Creation, review, and update of internal procedures and documentation to ensure compliance with legal requirements and alignment with best practices. Acting as a subject matter expert in payroll and HR administration, providing guidance and mentoring to junior and medior team members. Leading or coordinating internal projects related to process improvements, automation, or client transitions. Supporting audits and internal controls, ensuring data accuracy and process integrity. Proactively identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies in payroll and HR processes.
