We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Manager with extensive experience in managing payroll for a large organization. This role requires expertise in various payroll processes, system implementation, and people management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Leading, overseeing and managing the delivery of a complete end-to-end fortnightly payroll process including month end and annual payroll related activities through the support from a Payroll team.
  • Ensuring accuracy, eligibility, and timeliness of all payroll payments in terms of awards, EA, across multiple agreements.
  • Managing New Hire and Termination portfolio, including information receipt, interpretation, calculation, records management, and integrity checking.
  • Effectively and proactively, participate and contribute to projects within HR and across divisionally.
  • Managing the General Ledger Payroll interface process each fortnight, ensuring all journals are accurately and timely prepared, managing HR-related balance sheet accounts, collaborating with Finance to ensure all accounts are reconciled monthly, and managing the accuracy of the annual leave and long service leave provisions.
