JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Senior Payroll Manager to lead and manage payroll operations across multiple regions. This hybrid role requires a strong understanding of payroll regulations, systems, and processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation for employees while maintaining full compliance with legal and internal standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of payroll experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of multi-state and international payroll (if applicable).
  • Experience with payroll platforms like ADP, Workday, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for biweekly, semi-monthly, and/or monthly payroll cycles across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
  • Supervise and develop payroll team members, providing training and performance management.
  • Manage payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, SAP) and ensure data integrity through audits and reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Benefits teams to resolve payroll-related issues and improve cross-functional workflows.
  • Lead payroll year-end processes, including W-2/1099 preparation and tax filings.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within payroll operations.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal audits and external compliance reviews.
