Title: Senior Payroll Specialist Department: Finance Location: Warsaw, Poland Reporting to: Emilia Balmas, Global Payroll Manager Permanent Hybrid - 3-days a week in the office Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl. SUPO) The Mission of the Senior Payroll Specialist Manage accurate global payroll cycles and reporting to support compliance within a scaling finance team. On a day-to-day basis, the Senior Payroll Specialist will work as a part of the Global Payroll Team to oversee and execute end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all payroll cycles. The candidate will be joining a high-growth, company where needs are constantly changing. This is a permanent role within the broader finance team to support payroll reporting, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with internal controls and statutory requirements. Expected Outcomes & Requirements Outcomes: Oversee and execute accurate end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring compliance, and timely delivery across all payroll cycles. Driving improvements to an expanding function Ensuring alignment with internal controls and statutory requirements Role-specific Competences 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing, ideally in a multinational or fast-paced environment. Fluent verbal and written English language is necessary. Local labor and payroll legislation knowledge for one or several of these countries: Finland, Greece, Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United Arab Emirates, Australia, Japan, the United States. High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage large volumes of data. Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems, along with strong Excel skills for data validation and reporting. Analytical mindset, capable of identifying discrepancies, solving problems, and improving processes. Excellent time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are consistently met across payroll cycles. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with HR, Finance, and external vendors.
