Responsibilities

Processing Payroll Records in the Time & Attendance SystemProcessing of Payroll records in the Accounting System (SAGE) prior to releasing and posting payroll.
Train new hires on the Time & Attendance System.
Set up new hires in systems (Paychex, Sage, Replicon)Assist employees with questions/concerns regarding but not limited to:o Time & Attendance System (hours worked/time off)o Questions on their paystubs (hours paid/offsets)o Access to systems (Time & Attendance (Replicon)/Paychex)Assist with Certified Payroll ReportsUpdate employee offset calculations for employer-paid benefits on Prevailing Wage work as needed. Multi-State Taxation: communicate with Operations/Accounting to ensure any out-of-state job is set up in relation to payroll. Employee State Withholdings, payroll taxes
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
