About Job The Senior Payroll Specialist (APAC) will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless payroll operations across the Asia Pacific region. This position requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements. Key to success in this role will be the ability to balance competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and adapt to changing regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to articulate complex payroll concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skills & Qualification Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll with a focus on APAC Proficient in payroll software Strong knowledge of local payroll laws and regulations in APAC countries(Preferably India) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail Ability to communicate complex payroll concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders Leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements Strong time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Responsibilities Process end-to-end payroll for any country in APAC region, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations Develop and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance and HR, to ensure seamless payroll operations Develop and maintain accurate records, including payroll documentation and reports Communicate complex payroll concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership Stay up-to-date on changing regulatory requirements, adapting payroll processes accordingly Develop and implement training programs to enhance payroll knowledge and skills among team members
Responsibilities
