A Payroll Analyst bridges global payroll operations and financial insight—making sure employees are paid correctly and timely. The purpose of the role is to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of payroll operations by analyzing payroll data, monitoring controls, and providing insights that support effective decision‑making. The role focuses on identifying discrepancies, trends, and risks within payroll processes while ensuring adherence to legal, statutory, and company requirements. By transforming payroll data into meaningful analysis and recommendations, the Payroll Analyst supports continuous process improvement, audit readiness, cost control, and reliable reporting for HR, Finance, and leadership stakeholders.  About the team Global Payroll Team ensures all employees of Verisk are paid accurately, consistently, and on time, in full compliance with all applicable legal, statutory, and company requirements.
