We are seeking an experienced Payroll Senior Team Lead/Manager to lead our centralised payroll function, performing end to end payroll processing for Boeing Australia. The roles will be responsible for the leading a team of payroll professionals, partnering with the business to deliver payroll services.
This role is based in Brisbane.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Tertiary qualifications in Payroll, Accounting or similar is desirabl

  • eExperience leading a high performing Payroll Tea
  • m10-15+ years experience in processing complex end to end payrol
  • l10-15+ years experience in the EOFY payroll proces
  • sExperience in Aurion or PeopleSoft, highly desirabl
  • eExcellent communication skill
  • sExcellent organisational skills, including the ability to plan, coordinate and manage competing prioritie
  • sExcellent knowledge and understanding of relevant legislatio

Responsibilities

Lead the end to end payroll function, for 3,500+ employees across 6 entitie

  • sLead the year-end payroll tasks including; STP reporting, year end payroll reporting, international payroll requirement
  • sDevelop a high performing team including the supervision and development of local payroll talent ensuring Boeing values and behaviours are modelle
  • dGuide business partners on complex payroll situations to achieve desired business outcomes while remaining compliant with local laws and regulations
  • .Conduct regular reviews and audits of the payroll syste
  • mDevelop and conduct training sessions across the organisatio
  • nEnsure robust payroll process documentation and training for internal and external team
  • sInterpret and apply relevant legislatio
  • nProactively identify opportunities to automate, streamline and simplify payroll processe
