5+ years of senior-level experience in workflow digitization
5+ years of hands-on Pega workflow implementation
Strong experience in workflow management and process automation
As-Is / To-Be process analysis
Requirements gathering and process consulting
Pega-based workflow and case management implementation
Integration with partner systems and services
Functional support during testing, rollout and production
Technical and functional documentation
⭐ Nice to Have:5+ years designing and implementing Pega case management, workflow & automation solutions
3+ years working with Agile methodologies – Scrum / Kanban
3+ years facilitating requirements workshops
Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience
📌 Key Responsibilities:Consult clients on workflow digitization and process transformation
Analyze existing processes and design optimized target processes
Gather and document business requirements
Digitize workflows on the Pega low-code SaaS platform
Support UX design and system integrations
Coordinate testing, rollout and production deployment
Provide functional support, change management and user management
Maintain and enhance client-specific Pega platform layers
