REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology
• Location for this position is Charlotte, NC. This position requires relocation and/or travel.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in application development in Pega PRPC v7.x/V8.x and Pega frameworks
• At least 2 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Experience in participating in the requirement gathering/elicitation phase, identifying and defining requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces
• Experience in functioning as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and transforming those requirements into data mapping specs.
• Experience in communicating and conducting walkthrough sessions for product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in maintaining and managing the scope of requirements for the Pega application/platform.
• Experience in managing the translation of customer requirements into requirement specifications and Use Cases.
• Knowledge on Pega Case Management
• Understanding on Pega/Appian BPM process
• A holistic view of application functional knowledge to manage IT and Business is preferred
• BPM Certification is preferred
