Infosys is seeking a Senior Pega Consultant. As a Senior Pega Consultant, you will be an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem, propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology

• Location for this position is Addison, TX. This position requires relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in leading the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x and with DCO capabilities
• Strong knowledge on Finance Domain/Frameworks is mandatory
• Experience in understanding and documenting the customer’s business process, business requirements, and business rules and translating these items into functional specs/user stories/use cases.
• Experience working in an agile (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM)
• Understanding of requirements design and build phases within the planned timelines
• Experience in Designing and configuring flows and rules and assisting with the user interface and process workflow development
• Experience in handling the Sprint Demo’s with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the MVP is getting delivered
• Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle
• Experience in ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements.
• Experience and desire to work in Global offshore/onshore model.
• Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
• Certified CBA in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x is a plus
