Key Responsibilities: * Review and provide support in the preparation and submission of pension-related applications requiring approval from the Financial Services Commission. * Act as a contact with the FSC, proactively managing correspondence, follow-ups, and responses to regulatory queries. * Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (sponsoring employers, custodians, registries, advisors) to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of regulatory submissions. * Provide senior-level guidance and support on pension compliance-related matters to business users, ensuring responses are clear, professional, and aligned with regulatory requirements. * Contribute to the development and delivery of compliance training, internal guidelines, and regulatory updates. * Participate in, and where required lead, compliance reviews, regulatory projects, and process improvement initiatives. * Perform other senior pensions compliance-related duties and projects as required. Qualifications and Experience: * University degree and/or professional qualification in Finance, Law, Management, or a related discipline. * Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in pensions, compliance, regulatory applications, or a similar role. * Sound knowledge of pension regulations and FSC regulatory processes (strong advantage). * Excellent command of English and French, both written and spoken. * Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. * Demonstrated ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and take ownership of deliverables. * Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight regulatory deadlines. * High level of integrity, discretion, and adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards. * Strong team player with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.   The Company reserves the right:    1.
