Position Overview The Senior People Advisor provides high‑quality, proactive, and solution‑focused People support across the full employee lifecycle. They will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, balancing employee needs with business and people strategy. The Senior People Advisor will have experience in handling complex ER matters, supporting managers, driving consistent application of policies, have great attention to detail and will support in wider people initiatives. Primary Responsibilities Employee Relations - Lead moderate to complex ER cases including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, sickness management, and conflict resolution. - Provide coaching and guidance to managers on policy application and best practice. - Escalate high‑risk cases appropriately and support People Partners on complex matters. HR Policy & Compliance - Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies and procedures. - Maintain compliance with employment legislation and support updates to policy documents. - Support managers with reasonable adjustments, probation management, and capability processes. Organisational Change - Support restructures, redundancy processes, and organisational design activities. - Participate in consultations and prepare documentation. HR Operations & Employee Experience - Serve as point‑of‑contact for employee lifecycle queries. - Maintain HR and Payroll systems ensuring data is accurate and up to date. - Manage employee Wellness initiatives for the UK. - Manage all benefit administration working with our third parties. Stakeholder Partnership - Build strong, trust‑based relationships with managers and employees. - Partner closely with People Partners to align HR initiatives with business goals. Preferred Experience and/or Qualifications Solid generalist HR experience in a fast‑paced environment. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law. Experience managing complex ER cases. Strong communication and influencing skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Benefits 🏖 Holidays.
